How to add Terms/Conditions without using any web site links?

I want to add terms/conditions to my application but I don't have web site url is there away to add plain text to the app and the client just clicks on yes or no box.  Thanks

2. Drag and drop the widget

3. Choose a label for the check box.

4. Paste the text of your terms and conditions
