How can I put a logo/background on my form?

In Form Builder V4, click the "Add Form Element" button and use the "Image" tool in order to insert a logo.

If you want to use an image as a background, please refer to steps below:

1. Click the "Form Designer" button at the right.

2. Go to "Colors" tab and click the "Choose a File" button under the "Page Image".
