Can the form be entered the sensitive data such as Student ID or SSN?

Yes, you can ask for students IDs or SSN numbers in your form, we also recommend the following when asking for SSN numbers. 

Add a sort agreement and/or an e-signature field to the form, so your customers will agree to provide their SSN along with personal info.
