Can I upload a form even if I have a free subcription or do I need to be in higher plan?

    I have been trying to upload this document below and it won't let me.

    Unless the PDF was created in Adobe Forms Central, it is very likely not possible to import the form.  Web forms can be imported, PDF's unfortunately cannot. 

    If you would like to try to recreate it from scratch in JotForm, we will be happy to help with any questions you may have along the way.
