I recently made a Facebook contact form on behalf of a client. The form works perfectly, however the load time of the form is 6-7 seconds. Is there any way to speed this up?

It shouldn't take such a long time. Is it a very large form?
Is it possible to post the URL of the page?

Thanks for your reply.
No, I wouldn't consider it large really. Here's the URL: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Gullbagen/168901346484184?v=app_4949752878&ref=ts
I've tested it in both IE8 and Firefox 3.6.3. Same result, so it doesn't appear to be browser-related.
I haven't tested it yet in Safari or Chrome though.

This is happening because of how the Facebook works. They first load the page without the contents of the tab, then send the contents. So, there is nothing we can do from our end for this.

Just to let you know, the issue resolved itself. It turns out it loads much quicker (2 seconds) when regular FB users visited the contact form :-) For some reason the load time was much longer when I was logged on as administrator! So, problem solved.

I recently had a similar load time issue with a Facebook landing page, unrelated to JotForm. It was a template that included embedded YouTube videos. Whereas previously the template linked to an external stylesheet residing on the author's server, I found that embedding the style into the template decreased its load time considerably.
