Zoho Integration: Pass the user's IP address

    Hello, I integrated zohocrm with your webform.  Does your webform submit the ip address into the crm?  I could not find the ip address in the crm when i did the test submission.

    Unfortunately, IP address is not available for mapping with our Zoho Integration so it is not possible to pass the user's IP address into Zoho.

    You can, however, use Zapier gateway to integrate Zoho CRM with JotForm. This has the option to pass the user's IP address into Zoho.
