I am using Square to take payments on my form. The form is completed, but the payments are not happening in Square.

I have checked the form you've integrated with Square http://www.jotform.us/form/70436770419156 and found the submission showing payer info which means the payment was processed:
Have you checked the transactions on your Square account?
I have also cloned your form and integrated it with Square, upon submitting a payment on sandbox mode I can see it was sent through without any problem:
I also checked your integration and it seems properly set up; however, you could try removing and adding the integration once again, try submitting a payment and make sure your integration is in live mode, if the problem persists, please let us know.
