I'm will be moving from my company, and I set this account up for the company I currently work with. Is it possible to transfer this account to the office manager, so that it will stay with the company, and now with me? I'm looking to change the username and email associated with this account, essentially.

Account information can be changed from your account settings page:
Unfortunately, since you have one of our older subscriptions, we would not be able to change your username if you would like to continue on the same subscription.
