Complex Request: Form different on edits

OK, so my form is massively complex and working perfectly except for one small thing.

First the customer completes a section, with 3 more sections hidden from them.

Then a sales person completes their section- achieved and working using "get url" condition of show on edit.

Then a director needs to complete a section, currently achieved using the same condition as above.

Then our data team need to complete a section, also achieved by using the edit URL condition.

BUT, what I need to achieve is having the sections appear/hide according to the process, i.e. the director section is hidden from the sales person and the data section is hidden from the director, and then the data person can see all of the sections.

I think this is a bit like what this user wanted to achieve, but I can't work out how to do it.

I think that difference between your request and request from other users is that you have three persons (sales person, director and data team) who will fill/approve the form and other user has only one.

You could add one additional fields to your form. You can name it "Access Code". Then you can set access codes for each person (sales person, director and data team). After that you can set condition for access codes. Access code for sales person would hide both director and data team sections. Access code for director would hide data team section. And access code for data team would show all sections.

You can set access code field to be shown only when submission is edited with "get url" condition.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
