I added 4 submit buttons to my form and I can't figure out how to delete them. A trash can does not show up on the side when I click.

    You're correct, I saw 4 submit buttons when I cloned your form and can't find the TRASH bin icon to delete them.

    It appears it was caused by the theme you're using (FormCentral Theme). To fix this, just temporarily toggle your theme back to Default Theme > delete the excess Submit buttons > then change it back to the FormCentral theme.
