How do I set up automatic monthly giving with Dwolla?

Our nonprofit is attempting to use Jotform and Dwolla to collect monthly donations from donors, and on Dwolla's support page they say that this is possible through Jotform. However, when I attempt to do so using the Subscriptions payment feature on Jotform, instead of money coming directly out of our donors' accounts, they are sent a monthly email requiring them to click "Pay now," sign into Dwolla, and then authorize the payment. Clearly this is not a suitable method for consistently collecting donations each month. We need something that withdraws the funds directly out of their accounts each month. So my question is, if this method does not do that, which functionality in Jotform do we need to employ to ensure that this money will automatically withdraw from our account once a month?

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

Please redo the Dwolla payment integration setup on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/70185295215153

Follow the steps on the user guide:

Let us know if you're still not able to make it work.
