Hi, i have set the phone field as ############ but after 4.0 up-gradation now customers are able to fill with one # missing which causes an error of sending them message on mobile as the software support only 12 number.
Please help asap

You are right. The fill mask validation is no longer available in the new version 4 builder. Let me forward this matter to our developers. IF there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For the meantime, I've fixed it by configuring the form on the version 3 builder. The validation is now working in your form.
