Email autoresponse sent even though a condition was set up to send a different one

    Hi there,

In this form: https://form.jotform.com/60607298805967 I have set up a condition so that an alternative thank you page and auto-responder email are sent if a certain condition is met. A different email goes to the user if these conditions are not met (by default - it's the email that is sent upon SUBMIT). However, if the condition is met the alternative email is sent, AND the default email also goes to them, so they get both. But they should only be getting the conditional one.

Can you help please as this is a critical issue as customers are getting incorrect quotes as a result.

    Thanks,

    Ben.

    Hi there,

    Here is your condition.

When I tested by meeting the conditions several times, the correct email - "Unable to quote email to customer - supervision" was set to my email so I guess that particular condition is working properly.

Do you want to set it up such that the other autoresponder is sent if the condition is not met? You will need to create a new condition for that.

Can you please give us a screenshot of the wrong email sent when you submitted the form?

    Regards.
