I'm creating a form for online food ordering and would like to organize the sections: Starters, Sandwiches, Pizzas, Entrees, etc.--one per page. Because people can select multiple orders of any item (example: they want two burgers) and would therefore need to identify options for each singular order (example: I want two burgers but one needs to be well done with cheese and the other medium rare with no cheese) I'd like a additional questions to show when/if a quantity of more than 1 is selected. But I don't want it to be at the end of a super long list of menu items--people won't see it and could become frustrated and abandon their order.
Or is there a workaround I'm not thinking of?

We have a ready template at https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/restaurant-order-form which you can use.
This is similar to the requirement described by you.
