    Quiz App: Export CSV shows incorrect results due to special characters

    I'm currently testing the CSV export on my completed quiz form.  While the quiz form results appearing on screen show, for example, 13 out of 13 (100%), the exported CSV opened in Excel only shows 10 out of 13 (76.92%).  I also have several <4/13 results which wasn't the case when the results displayed on screen after the form was submitted.

    In my case the results are critical.  Please check where the error is.

    Hello Ralf_CT, you're correct - I downloaded the exported CSV from the Quiz App for this form 70463064990560 and saw the same.

    I'm only citing 2 examples:

    1. Pooja Smith - Results: 13/13 (100%)

    2. Susan Jones - Results: 11/13 (84.62%)

    And on the CSV file, it shows:

    1. Pooja Smith - 10/13 (76.92%)

    2. Susan Jones - 8/13 (61.54%)

    And I think I found out what's causing the issue. It was because of the special characters on the answers. Using the 2 examples above:

    1. Pooja incurred 3 incorrect answers because of these answers:

    Käthi Stebler

    Pibella® Travel

    Pibella® Comfort + Urine Bag

    2. Susan incurred 3 more incorrect answers, on top of the 2 actual incorrect answers, because of these answers:

    Käthi Stebler

    Pibella® Travel

    Pibella® Comfort + Urine Bag

    These answers with special characters in them are displayed/rendered differently when exported to CSV. Here's how they appear on the CSV file.

    Käthi Stebler = Käthi Stebler

    Pibella® Travel = Pibella® Travel

    Pibella® Comfort + Urine Bag = Pibella® Comfort + Urine Bag

    (Differences were highlighted above)

    I've escalated this to our Devs and although I won't be able to give you any timeframe, rest assured, we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.

    Sorry for the very late update, but we'd like to inform you that this bug has been fixed.

    CSV will now show the correct results.
