Translations not translating for Matrix Answers

Have two sets of matrices - answers for the questions are Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree.

I have translated these for Spanish, Dutch, French, and Italian.

The rest of the page translates, but for some reason these don't.

Not sure if it's because I have a hidden calculation I'm using as Strongly Disagree - 1, Disagree - 2, Neutral -3 , Agree - 4, Strongly Agree -5 (with those numbers hidden)

I have inspected your form and I saw that translation that you have set are not applied for matrix field columns. This is happening because you are using <span> tags inside of columns labels.

If you remove span tags you will be able to translate columns inside of your Matrix table.
