Unable to get response for my support ticket

    Hi

    I recently raised a ticket. But there was no response to my inbox (offcourse automated response). Usually earlier when i raised a ticket, automatic response would come to my inbox.

    Just wanted to know if my ticket has reached or not? My ticket was related to the mailchimp integration.
