Is jotform really so buggy? My dashboard shows I have used 61 of 25 forms and marks it as red.
First of all, jotform integration has caused my massive loss. I had integrated mailchimp with jotform and then run google adwords to get customers. However today i noticed jotform has not sent 500+ subscribers in mailchimp. Thus my automated email marketing campaign has gone for a toss.
Is there anyway I can get prorata refund from jotform? I would like to be nice to jotform and not give negative reviews.
Kindly be nice to me and process my refund.
