Good Evening Jotform Family,
Why aren't we able to to add the Mobile Responsive widget to the forms with the new version? Since the option is no longer available, I was under the impression that the forms would automatically be formatted but that is not the case. This is the 2nd time that I've had to make the same request but on different accounts. Can this option be made available again please?

Hi,
The new version of the form builder allows the form to be mobile responsive already so it is no longer necessary to add the widget on your form. The form itself is already mobile responsive.
However, if you encounter any issues, please let us know.

Hey Jotform Family,
That's what I assumed when I no longer could find the Mobile Responsive widget. However, my form is not formatting to the phone as in the past.
Please see the attached image.
Its getting cut off on the sides.

I have the same issue-my form is cutting off on mobile devices. My form was created in version 3, but has been migrated I suppose; but now I cannot add the widget nor is the form responsive on my Iphone 7. Thanks for any assistance you can provide us!

Please inject the custom CSS code below into your form to resolve the issue with the images on your form. Here's our guide on How to Inject Custom CSS Codes in v4.

}

Thank you Chriistian, that solved the problem. Do I need to insert this code every time my forms do not format correctly from now on?

If the form was originally created on JotForm builder version 3 and it still not mobile responsive, you need to insert a custom CSS to your form to make it mobile responsive. But if the form was created on the latest version of JotForm Builder (V4), it should be mobile responsive already.
