Input table question - problem gathering responses

Hello, I'm having trouble with a question on a survey I want to send to our staff.  I've used an input table for people answer the following:

"How easy would it be for you to use the following modes of transport for your commute to work?"

I've tried it with the responses as radio buttons (which they should be because it's one answer on each row) but also just to test, as checkboxes.  With either format, the notification email does not include that question and nor are the responses showing up when you view/download the submissions.

Hope to hear from you soon!

    Kind regards

    Natalie

I cloned your form and I noticed that you are using the Matrix Field. To get the result of this field, you need to perform calculation. Please add a form calculation widget in your form and please follow the instructions provided in this guide: How to Perform Form Calculation in the Matrix Field?

Let us know if you need further assistance.

I am having the same issue.  Our form (https://form.jotform.us/71023792138151) is not showing submission data.  I can see if it I edit the form but cannot see any data in the excel sheet output.  How do I easily access the information that is being submitted?

@jminor - To give way to the OP, I moved your post to a separate thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1134212

We'll have it addressed there shortly.
