Data doesn't show up in integrated Google sheet (sometimes)

When we use our form, the data usually shows up in the integrated google sheet in a few seconds.

However, it sometimes doesn't work (form input data doesn't show up in the google form) and it looks like the form is broken. (Even in such cases, we get the "Thank you" response after submitting the form.)

But then, even though we don't make any changes, it starts working again.

Any ideas about what could be happening?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We had previous issues regarding the Google API that's why there are some delays on the integration.

Can you please try to re-integrate your Google Spreadsheets and see if this works now?
