Cannot get the printed PDF to page break correctly

Hi there I have tried multiple suggestions with code in both the designer and the text box where I want the the break to appear. As it stands now, I want the form to print in 3 sections

 

 

1. CGS JK TO GRADE 3 REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

 

2. Emergency Card

 

3. CGS Reach for the Stars.

 

I realize each section may have more than one page, but I need the breaks to occur so that these sections begin on new pages.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want page break field to be displayed in PDF form?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to display page break field in PDF version of form. Do you want to display each page of your form in separate PDF page? One way to achieve is by adding space before the page break field. Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have added spacer widget:  https://www.jotformpro.com/form/70521051577956
