Hi again Jesse, yes, you can add a Signature Widget to your form to allow your users sign them. There are plenty of options to choose from so I'll just list the most commonly used by others:

Legally Binding
E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.
JotForm records the IP address and time of the signature made so that also provides additional confirmation about the signer of the document.
