Why am I now limited to 5 forms?

I have used up to 20 forms on my paid account.  Now it's saying I'm limited to 5?  What happened?

The Storage plan covers unlimited form submissions storage only, the active forms limit is 5, the same as on the Free plan.

If you need more active forms, you might consider upgrading to the Bronze plan which allows 25 active forms.
