    Confused about upload limit

Asked by SouthArts on June 15, 2012 at 02:22 PM

I was trying to us the file upload, but got confused, and I guess uploaded a file that was too large for my account level. I got a message that my account was going to be deleted? I was hoping that you would let me know what I can do so as not to lose the form I created or my account. I'd be happy to remove the file upload question from the form or whatever else I need to do. Just let me know.

I am not sure if it was you or a fellow support personnel who deleted the uploaded file and removed the scheduled deactivation for your account.

For your information though, a free account is entitled to only 100MB of file storage. That means your account can store up to 100MB worth of files. If it reaches that limit, your form gets deactivated unless you upgrade.

If you prefer to keep a free account, you must not let your account reach that limit by regularly deleting submissions that contain huge files. Also, I advise you to not allow big file uploads on your form. The 100MB limit can never be sufficient for that.

Hope you find this information useful.
