Hi , please can some one tell me how to get rid of the extra "save words"  that are being added at the bottom  of Autoresponder 1 email after form submission? As seen below the last green image box

Hi, thank you for contacting us.

I have cloned your form and sent a test submission, but I received an autoresponder email properly without that repeating "Save" text.

Here is my cloned form in case you would like to test it or clone ithttps://form.jotform.com/70526984004961

One thing to try is removing the autoresponder and then adding it back again.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

Thanks for reply. I have deleted the form and recreated it. Issue has now gone. Seems it only effected outlook addresses ?

Thank you for updating us on the status and letting us know issue was resolved already.

As far as I know it has nothing to do with the recipient email address on the form. The more likely reason for the glitch was a broken email template (the Autoresponder). So when you removed the old email template and re-created a new one, the issue was fixed on its own.

Let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
