Billing: I was charged for the subscription

    My personal bank account was charged $159.00 last week. I have no idea why. I had not placed an order and had not authorized any charges. Please let me know why this charge was made. Please DO NOT charge my card in the future unless I have authorized it.

    Your account (ericturner69) is currently subscribed under the Bronze plan yearly.  You upgraded the subscription last February 18, 2016 for $159. Our subscription is set to auto-renew. It means that your plan was renewed automatically last February 18, 2017 for $159. The next charge will be next year.

    Would you like to cancel the subscription and refund the last payment? If yes, please let us know.
