    Form freezes when filling it out

    I am getting a number of messages from recipients of my form all saying the same thing - the latest being: "We are experiencing an error when filling the travel questionnaire online. The form freezes and we are unable to proceed." Is there anything we can do?

    I have checked your last edited form 70184027912351, named "Oaktree Traveler Feedback Form", and it seems to be working fine. I have also made a test submission, which went through without any issues:

    Please send us a link to the page where your affected form is embedded, and we'll gladly take a closer look.

    I also checked submissions of this form, and I see it has been receiving submissions regularly throughout the day:

    The form seems to be working fine over its direct link. If your users are still experiencing issues with your form freezing, please make sure to let us know the exact link to the page where your users are filling it out, and we'll be glad to check it out further. So far, the form seems to be functioning properly.
