Same problem happened again, please check and rectify asap. We need a permanent solution for this, we can't keep de-integrate and re-integrate with google every time.
Submissions not updated in Google Sheets (Private)
Asked by nuparadygm on January 13, 2017 at 02:06 AM
I've two almost identical forms (Sign In and Sign Out), both are integrated with Google Sheets. Sign In form is not able to update the submission to its google sheets, no problem to the Sign Out form. I tried reintegrate the Sign In form and submissions updated correctly but the subsequent submissions still not able to update.
I tried using the same Sign In form and integrate with another google account, same problem (no update).
And then i tried duplicate the Sign In form, Clone of Sign In form and integrate with my original google account. It worked.
Look like the Sign In form might have problem.
Please advise.Page URL:

I have just manually forwarded the submissions to the integrated sheet. The success message appears which means that the integration is still working. Please monitor the form and the sheet and let us know if the issue persists. We can submit this to our developers if it's doing the same problem.
Please note that sometimes, it's not a problem to our end but to Google Spreadsheet API itself. They are constantly making updates which are causing our integration to fail in some cases. Our developers can fix it, but sometimes, re-integration is also required. We will let you know, just in case.
Note that if you want to use the same sheet when re-integrating, you can do this through Zapier. Zapier is free to use. You'll only need to upgrade if you want additional limits.

The issue still persists after i re-integrated the form with google sheet.

Actually, I'm not suggesting you to redo the integration. But thank you for doing that. Would you mind sharing us the spreadsheet URL? You can just make it as a read only for us. We need to have the sheet so our developers can do their own test, to verify that the integration is no longer working.

Sorry for the trouble caused to you. Problem should be fixed now. I've sent missing data into your spreadsheet. Please test it and let us know if issue still persists.

It is working now. Can Jotform provides a permanent solution for this issue? This issue occurred three times already. Thanks

Our backend team are doing their best to fix the problem permanently. However, as I've mentioned, it is sometimes not to our end but to Google Spreadsheet itself. If the problem happens again, make sure to let us know and please don't re-integrate until we advise you to do so.
