    Hi All

I want to check the functionality of Jotform. Can we get protect certain parts of the form of that if its forwarded only the 2nd part becomes available for editing. examples

    One form with 3 sections.

Each section has its own submit button.

Sections needs to completed in chorological order

Once a section has been submitted, it becomes protected and can not be edited. However it can still be viewed and printed.

Once a section is submitted, form is send on to a specific email address for completion by the 2nd person in the chain.

Is this possible to do on Jotform?

I am currently checking your requirement if there will be possible workarounds for this. Please give me some time to further check this. Will get back to you once I found a workaround to implement the logic you want.

    Regards.

As per further checking, the requirement you need seems to be similar to this thread: How to disable or hide a field on submissions edit mode. You can try the suggested workaround by my colleague on that thread. Basically the workaround uses these three fields/widget:

    1. Get Form Page URL widget

    2. DateTime Single widget

    3. Textbox field

And uses the conditions to get the URL of the page and use it to enable/disable fields. For more information about conditions, you can check this article: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic.
