Unable to access form

    when our customers tried to reach this form the answer is "this site cannot be reached

     

    Please resolve quickly

    I checked the link you provided (https://form.jotformeu.com/70240610757349) but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. I was able to access the form properly.

    Can you try again on your end and see if you are now able to access the link properly? If the issue still persist, please provide us the browser and device you are using when you encounter the issue.
