    Prepopulate App: Not loading forms

    This is urgent for us as we prepopulate work orders for our business. It has been down for 2 days now - please can we have an update?

    Hi Aidan

    I'm afraid I take a different view. I am a paying customer. Jotform do not provide proper support and insist we raise issue like this. To find that another customer has raised the issue a number of days ago, and it hasn't been addressed, I feel is worthy of a comment in that thread.

    I am impressed with Jotform's functionality but this issue is now preventing us from raising orders and therefore affecting our revenues. I feel it is entirely appropriate that I make as much noise as I can about this issue. Now that you have responded I can keep my comments to a single thread but at the time no-one had acknowledged my ticket and I went looking for other customers to see if the problem was widespread or just us. If you offer a proper support service where I can call a telephone number and speak to someone then I will do that, until then I will post into multiple threads if I feel Jotform is putting my business at risk.

    The escalated ticket was assigned a developer and had its priority raised to very important.

    While I cannot give provide an exact time estimate, I can assure you that the update I mentioned above means the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

    I'm feeling the pain also...lol

     

    Does anyone know a work around... beside manually inspecting the page and changing the html.  With my forms and the extensive amount of data, this is not possible. 

     

    Only thing I can think of is to fill out the form myself and try to save it as a pdf than manually email the pdf to clients and have them manually sign and scan back to me.  Ugh! Just typing this out makes me cringe. ;(

    Yes there is a manual way as described here https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters but this is prone to error especially if you have multiple fields.

    Ya, I seen this, but thanks. I tried before and to difficult and not much help because we have so much data and fields to complete.
