My account has been suspended

    I created new forms last night and the forms were suspended and then this morning I woke up and the account has been suspended.  Can you please open up my account

    Your account is suspended because you have fields on your forms that collect credit card information and that is against JotForm Terms of use.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    You have to remove those fields from your forms and only then you account can be activated. 

    Once you delete mentioned fields, let us know and we will activate your account.
