    Account showing an incorrrect subscription plan

    I have a sub account (ddunlavy@cotc.edu) his account shows he has a bronze subscription when in fact he is supposed to have a silver. How can we change this or should we downgrade his subscription to FREE? Can someone please contact me about this issue? 740-364-9561.

    Unfortunately, we are not offering telephone support at the moment. Please be noted that this support forum is our primary support. Your questions on this support forum shall be answered in a timely manner. 

    I see that your account ddunlavy is a sub-account of COTCwebmaster. I have checked your account ddunlavy and see that it is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription. However, the parent account COTCwebmaster that shared the forms is having Silver yearly subscription. If you are not required to have the forms to be owned by your account ddunlavy, you may cancel the Bronze subscription and downgrade to Free. You may move the existing forms to the other account COTCwebmaster which is already having Silver subscription so that you can manage these forms as a sub-account.
