We recently upgraded to the $19.00 a month charge but have come to realize that the credit card on the account is a former employee's personal one. I have upgraded our account to have our business credit card listed. It is showing though that the $19.00 was already charged to the old credit card. Is there any way we can get that amount refunded to the old card and charged to the new business card that is listed on the account now. I have refunded the latest payment of $19.00, please logout and login back again. Then re-upgrade the account with a new card.
