My form keeps freezing and when I refresh the page, none of my changes are included. I try to save as I go along, but that makes it freeze as well. PLEASE HELP!

I have tested your form and I can see it works fine, here's a screen-cast about my test:
I have also checked the web console in case there's any error and did not find any, could you please try saving your form in a different web browser?
This may be a cache issue on the web browser or with the internet connection, also try checking the web console, you may also find if there's any error displayed on your end.
These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console:
Google Chrome:
Mac: Command + Option + J
Windows: Control + Shift + J
Firefox:
Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K
Mac: Command+Option+K

Explorer..Another question. Is there a way to move the form further to the right on
the page? My image in the background is partially covered by the form.
Initially, the background of the form was a bit see-through, so I was able
to see the image, but I did something on the design page that made the
background of the form solid. I can't figure out how to change it back.
If there is not a way to move the form itself towards the right, can you
please tell me how to make the background of the form more see-through?
Thank you.

I had moved your question to a separate thread at https://www.jotform.com/answers/1075018
