I created a simple form for enlisting volunteers for a beer festival at
The form displays fine and data is returned but now potential volunteers are responding there is no "availability" responses coming through the system so I have to write to them asking for information they have already supplied.

We apologize for inconvenience caused. In order for you to accomplish that, all you need to do is to click on the field (availability) to make it required and click on the Required button from Toolbar or click on the Properties button and then click on required

Are you saying that even though the volunteers had checked boxes in the "Availability" field, you did not get any indication that they had done so, in both the notification and submission records?
