Advance Form Designer styles were being removed in the Form Designer

    new version seems glitchy, flaky.

    did you know when you click advanced editor it doesn't show same as form in general settings

    and i have had to redo several times because it changes or doesn't save?

    It would be great if it could all go in one option screen instead of having to click advanced and risk messing up the form!

    I was able to reproduce this glitch. When you have modification in the advance Form Designer, they sometimes will disappear or not saved once you load the form again in the Form Designer.

    The workaround I found that seems to work is to make sure to click on the SAVE button in the advance Form Designer to save the design changes so they will stick.

    I have forwarded this thread to our next level support so that it can be fixed.

    I apologize for the confusion. But suddenly I could not reproduce the issue anymore at this time.

    I tried producing it by doing the same steps I did when I saw it last time, but somehow the glitch was not happening anymore. 

    I could not submit a bug ticket report at this time since I could not recreate the issue.

    Can you please check on your side as well if fixed already. Let us know if issue remains.

    Unfortunately I was able to recreate problem and of course it messed up my form!

    it's really silly that i have to use the advanced designer to change the button style!

    here are screenshots of form in general design and advanced design.

    it's supposed to be orange input boxes with transparent background (which it does not indicate in the general settings). for me it's a hit and miss and i am really frustrated that i have to keep redoing my form!

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I was able to recreate the issue again now.

     

    I have submitted a bug ticket report to the higher team support so that they can fix this as soon as possible.
