Replicating condition logic from one oage to another in the same form

    Hi again guys,

    I've been struggling with trying to replicate what I did one page 3 to another, ie page 4, But for the life of me I unable to.

    Please see attached my poor attempt of trying to map out the fields and relationship.

    When the Postcode field has a value of between 6000 and 6999 should the field appear in cascading order (for HBF). 

    When the Postcode field has a value of less than 5999 or greater than 7000 should the field appear in cascading order (for Bupa). 

    I'd really appreciate you help asap...

    When the Postcode field has a value of between 6000 and 6999 should the field appear in cascading order (for HBF). 

    For this condition, you may want to use show multiple field instead. Please see the image below:

    When the Postcode field has a value of less than 5999 or greater than 7000 should the field appear in cascading order (for Bupa). 

    Same to this condition, you should use show multiple fields also.

    However, I also noticed that there are some removed fields on your form. Please note the some conditions might not work due to the missing fields.
