My goal is to duplicate ALL data/conditions from an existing form(A) into another existing form(B).
Form B is already out in the world and the publish codes need to remain intact.
thougths?

Unfortunately, you cannot clone conditions from one form to another one, but you can clone the whole form and work on the cloned version instead of the already published one.
Here's a guide that will help you to clone a form: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Hope this helps.

Can I transfer the publish code from form A to From B so I do not disrupt
access?

What you could try is to copy fields from the form A the form form B, here's an app that will help you with that: http://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager
Otherwise, if you need an exact copy of the form A you will need to clone the form following the guide given above.

The app worked great.
I now need to update the conditions that did not transfer over. Is there a
way to print the conditions that are on a form so I can use that as a
source to update an new form? Or maybe you have a better alternative?

Unfortunately, there's not a way to print the conditions in your form, you will need to open them and manually capture the scree with the conditions, here's a link that I think may help you to capture the screen: https://zapier.com/blog/best-screen-capture-tool/
Thanks.
