    MailChimp: It's not saving changes once integration process has been completed the first time.

    Hi,  When trying to do the mailchimp integration I am only allowed to match 1 field.  It does not allow me to match more than one field.  Is this normal?  It doesn't seem so.  See the screenshot where I marked the field that does not respond.

    I could not reproduce this issue when I test our MailChimp integration. The ADD NEW Field option in the mapping field screen of the integration is working just fine.

    Example:

     

    I suggest you retry the integration again. Try creating a new API key in your MailChimp account first.

    And make sure also that your Mailchimp List do have all the needed fields that you wanted to mapped to the form in the integration. I think your Mailchimp list doesn't have the matching fields to the form the reason you could not select the ADD Field button in the field mapping screen.

    Let us know if issue persist.

    I have confirmed that the Add New Field choice is not active in my integration.  It is 'greyed out' and is not active although there are other fields listed in the choice box.

    Can you please remove first the existing integration and then redo it.

     

    I think the integration was not properly triggered because when I checked the integration (using EDIT button), I noticed that there was no Mailchimp list associated to the current settings. Because there was no mailchimp list assigned, the add field button in the field mapping screen will be disabled.

     

    Let us  know how it goes.

    Well, my tests do not corroborate your most recent message.  After setting up the integration with one matched field, and later coming back to 'Edit' the integration, the Choose a List field is reset to Please Select.  This seems to be the consistent behavior.  I find it to be a repeatable situation.  So this might be the real problem with Jotform.  

    Furthermore, please note that even though the system indicated that the integration was complete and that I had 9 submissions to integrate, those names and/or emails are not now found in the list I have selected.

    There is still a glitch somewhere in the integration process, at least with this form.

    I was testing the MailChimp integration and I'm able to map some fields, it is not limited to one field as shown in your screenshot, but once I have saved changes the first time and go back to edit the integration, changes are not saving on my end, if I either remove  or add some fields the changes will not be saved.

    I can see an error in the web console and will report it to our second level so our developers can investigate and resolve it, we will let you know as soon as we get any update regarding this. 

    Also, though I cannot make changes in the integrated fields I can receive submissions in my MailChimp list, please, try integrating another form and see if the submissions are sent, please take into account that mapped fields must be  the same type, text box with text box, date field with date field and so on.

    It appears that this issue was caused by an update we released about three weeks ago.

    That update has been improved to rectify the problem you had experienced.

    Can you please confirm that the problem is no longer there?
