We are unable to receive conditional notification - user - virtualearth

    Your form's "Notification 1" is involved in conditions involving two fields which basically ask the same question.

    Fields:

    Conditions:

    It looks like you intentionally made it this way because you wanted to send the conditional notification to two different address. For your information, you can send a conditional notification to multiple addresses by separating them with a comma.

    I have deleted the second condition and instead added the email address info@********.com.au to the first condition.

    Kindly test your form out then let me know if problems still persist.

    Hi Neil,

    We had to have two location fields to answer answer two different conditions (new or existing patient) which then calls either select your discipine field or select your practitioner field. In both incidences if they choose Pitt Street for treatment then an email notification has to go to Pitt St.

    Just tested the single incidence above still didn't work.

    I'll reset all Notifications and try again.
