My forms are disabled.

    Hi,
    My forms are disabled since 2 days, I even upgraded my account, but its still same

    Your account was auto suspended by our phishing detector due to suspicious fields, which is why your forms have been disabled. Although upon checking your forms, I don't see any forms that have violated our terms. With that in mind, I have now removed the suspension on your account. Your forms should be active now. Regards.
