I am hearing from my customers more and more lately that when attempting to submit a form, they are getting error messages, etc.

What is the error message they are receiving? Can we do a real submission on your form to test it?

It's really hit or miss from what I'm hearing. It works for some and not for others. For those that it is not working they are telling me that there is no error message but that when they click submit, nothing at all happens.

I have tested your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I filled all required fields I successfully submitted your form and I got redirected to thank you page.
After that I have cloned your form and I made few tests on my cloned form. Each time I successfully submitted my form.
Is your form maybe embedded? If so, please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can test your form there.
If it is happening on standalone form, do you maybe know which browser are using your users that reported this issue?
