How do I run the payment wizard?

I tried to put a payment through paypal into my form and the terms and conditions application but both said i needed to run the wizard what is that? 

That seems like a blank widget in your form. I removed it.

To open the payment wizard, you need to click the payment settings icon. Then enter your Paypal credentials in the payment wizard.
