I've been using a form for several years called Send to My Dropbox. This year I modified to reflect 2017, and have noticed that when people are submitting grant applications, they are not being uploaded to Dropbox. The form is called: 2017 Grants - Upload to Dropbox .
I tried finding a setting that needed to be updated, but can't find any settings to modify.
ALSO... I can't figure out why there is a "SUBMIT" button, and then below and to the left, is another 2 buttons, "Submit Transfer Now" and "Clear Form". I think I understand the "Clear Form", but what is "Submit Transfer Now" ?

I checked your form, I assume you're referring to this one: http://www.jotform.us/form/70244591886162 and I found out that the DropBox is not integrated:
Please check, integrate again and see if the issue persists.
