I apparently already have an account but can't recall my password.

    I clicked on the link to have the password sent to me, but it never came nor was is it my spam file.

    I  checked your account and it is under the Dormant status. I have now activated it and I can also see that your email address is in our bounce list. That's the reason why you didn't receive the password reset email.

    I have removed your email from our bounce list and I also sent you the password reset email. If the issue persists, please check your spam or junk folder. If you see JotForm mails, please mark it as not spam.
