Trouble with submission file size

Greetings,

I am attempting to receive submissions and the people submitting those items are receiving notices that their pdf is too large to upload. Please provide assistance in resolving this matter, as I have purchased two years of the Jot Form subscription for this very purpose and am now (seemingly) unable to use it for its intent. 

The maximum file upload size can be increased.  Here is our quick guide detailing how to increase the limit as well as the maximum file sizes for different integrations:
