Is there a way to show that an order has been processed?

We are using the Jotform to accept requests from external clients. There are several people who can process these orders but, we haven't found a way to show to each other that the order has been processed. We used to use a color system and add a column (where the person who processed the order could initial) when we used to use Google forms but, that breaks the integration feature in Jotform and Google Sheets. Please help me find a viable solution.

    Many thanks, Melissa

I believe your requirement can be achieved by adding a hidden textbox field in your order form. When an order is processed by someone, they can edit the submission from the submissions page and input their name into the hidden text field to indicate that they have processed the order. The integrated spreadsheet should automatically update with the edited data.

Hidden fields are visible when editing on the submissions page. Here's a guide on How to Edit Submissions Made on Your Forms. They can also edit submissions via the edit link in the email notification.
