We recently had two forms active on our website (they are no longer there because it was a time-sensitive form that is no longer available for people to use). For one of the forms there were 5 submissions that I did not receive an email notification for. For the other form there was 1 submission that I did not receive an email for. In both cases we were unaware that the submissions had been submitted because we had not received a notification. Is this a glitch that needs to be fixed? I have one other form that is active on our website, but we haven't had any submissions for that one yet, so no issues at this point. But, this form that is currently active could have an upwards of 200-300 submissions and I don't want to miss any.
Thanks for any help.

Email notifications should be received once users submit your form unless it was in the bounce list for some reasons.

However, I checked your email logs and I noticed that email notification are being sent successfully. You can also view your email history, please refer to this guide:How to View All Your Form Email History.
